"Network for Strategic Mission" at http://www.strategicnetwork.org/ can be thought of as a missions portal since it has so much information. Global Mapping International does an excellent job as well at: www.gmi.org/mislinks; All peoples at http://www.allpeoples.com/ and Caleb's resources at: www.xc.org/helpintl/mrd.htm  Another excellent site that provides lots of missions information, conferences, newsletters, articles, links, etc  is http://www.brigada.org/.

For those preparing for cross-cultural missions, http://www.citi.org/ has many resources. Another site, http://www.christianinteractive.net/index.html is attempting to present itself as a Christian "portal" to the Web.
It is worth visiting. Think of the sites above as the best general sites I have found.

This is a great e-zine (newsletter) that encourages and  teaches mission mobilizers and also provides various tools,  forums, etc. Highly recommended.
